• McAuley Care has accommodated more than 10,000 women and their children in 20 years. 
• In 2010/11, McAuley Care provided services for 244 women and 283 accompanying children.
• 61% of women accommodated had accompanying children.
• 50% of the children accomodated were under five years old. 
• 30% of women identified having mental health issues, mainly depression.
• Women who come to McAuley Care come from ALL walks of life, social, economic and cultural backgrounds.
