McAuleyWorks Women's Employment Program

McAuleyWorks is an independent employment program designed to assist women who have experienced family violence, periods of homelessness or mental health issues into the workforce.

Women recovering from these circumstances can often be unsure how to regain control of their lives and provide a safe, positive environment for themselves and their families.

Access to flexible employment options can be an important step in regaining a sense of dignity and confidence, and can play a major role in a woman's ability to achieve economic independence.

Help create a brighter future for women

MCSW is seeking progressive, socially conscious employers to assist women returning to work by providing flexible employment opportunities.

The Benefit To You

McAuleyWorks will provide your business with job ready participants who are aware of their responsibilities as an employee and have undergone at least basic level training in topics such as Occupational Health and Safety or First Aid.  Depending on their circumstances, candidates may also have access to other training to ensure they meet your business needs and comply with the minimum requirements for your industry.

Our Employment Worker will remain in regular contact with you to ensure that both you, and your new employee are fully supported during the early stages of the employment process, and to assist you in addressing any issues which may arise.

If you can provide employment or work experience opportunities for our women, or would like more information please contact McAuleyWorks on 03 9261 2050, or 0417 252 444
