High Tea 2016 with Ruthie

Ruthie Wirtz is planning to spoil her friends and family with a wonderful high tea to support McAuley Community Services for Women on May 1.

“The main reason I'm holding a High Tea to support the cause is to help give a greater awareness of the work the McAuley Community Services for Women does and to support the women in need of crisis accommodation,” Ruthie said.

“I’ve themed my event 'Afternoon Tea with Me'. I will have an array of 1950's Australian favourites served as a high tea with some Storm and India teas and coffee”.

“There will be pavlovas, lamingtons, Anzac cookies, iced vo vo's, cherry ripe slice, vanilla slices, cucumber sandwiches, asparagus rolls and pumpkin scones. It’s a delicious menu and it will all be served with a modern twist”.
